Orders ship within 2–5 business days (processing time), plus standard USPS/UPS transit time on top of that. You'll get a shipping confirmation once it's on its way. Add a day during major holidays.

We offer pickup at our in-person markets, but not for website orders — every online order ships out via USPS or UPS.

Not at the moment — we currently only ship within the US. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

In-stock (non-personalized) items generally aren't returnable since everything is made to order, except if the product arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. Custom/personalized pieces can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part. Yes — every piece is laser-cut, laser-engraved, or hand-poured and finished by hand in small batches in North Carolina, not mass produced. Small variations in wood grain, color, and finish are normal, not defects.

We're based in Hope Mills, North Carolina, and set up at local markets and events most weekends through the end of the year -- see the full schedule with dates on the home page. Confirmed stops include Carolina Lakes (most Saturdays through Oct 30), NC Taco Fest, Asheboro Fall Fest, Sanford StreetFest, NC Fall Fest Raeford, the Airport Fly-in/Cruise-in in Lumberton, Frankenfest Franklinton, NC Whirligig Fest Wilson, Wilmington Christkindlmarkt, A Dickens Holiday in Fayetteville, Durham German Market, and the Handcrafted Holiday Market at the Raleigh Convention Center. A few more are still pending and not locked in yet. Dates move sometimes, so check our Facebook before you drive.

Yes — our print-on-demand designs (t-shirts and more) are exclusive to our Etsy shop, and we're also at local markets and craft fairs in person.
